The primary goals of a District Clerk are to be the official record keeper and administrator for the District Courts,
ensuring smooth court operations, managing sensitive financial funds (like child support/minors' money), providing
public access to records, coordinating jury services, and offering excellent customer service to judges, attorneys, and
the public, all while maintaining integrity and efficiency in the judicial process They secure all court records, collect
filing fees, and handle funds held in litigation and money awarded to minors.
